Primary Care

Primary Care That Looks at the Whole Picture

Your health is more than a list of symptoms. At Generations Integrative Care, primary care is built around getting to know you, understanding your health history, and helping you make practical decisions about your care.

Whether you need a routine checkup, help managing an ongoing condition, or simply want a provider who takes the time to listen, Susan Rugh, NP-C, provides personalized care for adults throughout every stage of life.

Everyday Care. Ongoing Support.

Primary care is the foundation of your overall health. It gives you a place to turn for preventive care, routine concerns, chronic conditions, medications, and questions that come up along the way.

At Generations Integrative Care, we focus on building an ongoing relationship so your care feels connected instead of fragmented.
